ecosistema urbano combine architecture, urbanism, engineering and sociology to strive for a ‘creative urban sustainability’. The focus of their work is on the complex phenomenon of the city, which they react to through innovative, creative and holistic interventions. Public space is thereby a central issue: ecosistema urbano catalyses urban processes that help citizens to change their own environment.The four partners of ecosistema urbano have been interviewed by Kristien Ring in the context of FORMULA_X, the exhibition series on young architects. "Looking through ecosistema urbano eyes" is the second exhibition of the DAZ series FORMULA_X and presents through a classical 3D optical system, the process and strategies for a selection of recent works.

In physics the term ‘plasma’ describes a particular state of matter in which energy is readily conducted through a material. Folding space into space, Plasma Studio draw landscapes into buildings, streets into facades, inside to outside. Eva Castro, Holger Kehne and Ulla Hell, the three partners of PLASMA STUDIO, have been interviewed by Kristien Ring in the context of FORMEL_X, the exhibition series on young architects. The architects from PLASMA STUDIO will kick-off this series with their exhibition "Nodal Landscapes".

GH_07 GOES NYC highlights six offices that belong to the cutting-edge of New York’s architectural scene: Architecture in Formation, Gage Clemenceau Architects, G Tects LLC, Interboro, WORK AC and Zakrzewski Hyde Architects. The architectural work of the New Yorker offices is presented in an interior of young Berlin furniture designers. GLASHAUS features the object folded by Sohrab Zafari and the shelving-system KIRU by Martin Borgs. Furthermore, two stool designs by the Berlin based design studios Ett La Benn an Collection Design are presented, both recommended by CREATE BERLIN, the network platform of Berlin’s design community.
