The use of space is one of the main activities that everyone inevitably pursues. Vibraphonist, urban theorist and philosopher Christopher Dell creates an evening with vibraphone and talks about the use of space as a form of knowledge that plays a role at the beginning of any design. The lecture puts the focus of the exhibition on inhabited spaces, on different ways of inhabiting and appropriating space, and against this background comments on the newly published book “Visiting” with regard to today’s building activity. The thesis that non-built architectures are also a contribution to architectural production is central to this.
